ALL-SIBERIAN FORUM FORMAT
‘Gastronomic Map of Russia’ Federal Project in partnership with EkoNiva Group of Companies, a major dairy holding, are initiating an expanded phase of their ‘Russian Breakfast’ cultural and gastronomic project. It will start in September 2025. The strategic objective is to cultivate a tourism and hospitality service market with a strong Russian identity. Five pilot regions have launched initiatives to integrate Russian cuisine into hotel and restaurant breakfast menus as a consistent feature.
